Limitless Queer Flow: Rooted In Compassion
This weeks Theme: ROOTED IN COMPASSION
Compassion starts from within. Before we can extend kindness and patience to others, we must first learn to offer it to ourselves. This class invites us to explore what it means to be rooted in compassion—to anchor ourselves in self-acceptance, to soften into our breath, and to trust the process of unfolding.
Queer Flow isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a space to breathe, move, and just be exactly as you are.
Designed for queer folks, this is a free, affirming, and supportive space where you can connect with your body, breath, and spirit in whatever way feels right for you.
Come as you are. Move as you need. Or don’t move at all. If all you do is sit or lay on your mat, that is enough. At the very least, you’ll know you’re surrounded by people who see you, love you, and want you here.
Yoga isn’t just about the poses—it’s about resilience, self-expression, and belonging. There’s no right way to be here, no mold to fit into. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or have never stepped on a mat before, this space is for you.
More than anything, Queer Flow is about building community and connection—with each other, with ourselves, and with the universe around us.
What to Expect:
A trauma-informed, body-positive approach to yoga
